Administrative business, such as bill payments, inquires, and applications, etc. are conducted at the Town Hall in Weldon from 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m. Monday – Friday.
Phone calls will be accepted until 5:00p.m. on those days for your convenience and payments can still be made in the drop box located on the right hand side of the front door.
Non-emergency water services between 9am-4pm. All requests for connect/disconnect after 4pm will be fulfilled on the next business day.

Minimum requirements for services: You must be 18 YRS. of age, pay the required service deposit, complete an application and provide a state issued photo ID and a copy of your current lease.
*Bills are payable at the Town Hall by the 15th of each month. If payment is not made by the 15th at 5 p.m., a penalty of $5.00 will be added to your bill. If the bill remains unpaid after the 20th of the month at 5 p.m., services will be interrupted and a fee of $ 25.00 will be attached to your bill. Failure to receive bill does not excuse customer from applicable penalties or cut-off fees. Return check fee is $25.00.
*Availability fees: These charges will apply to each bill regardless of consumption. Your actual consumption will be added to these flat rates in order to calculate your monthly bill. An explanation of rates is listed above and copies are available at the Town Hall.
*Deposits: Refundable 45 days after final bill.
